Will people see them?
While Invisalign trays are not impossible to see very few people will notice you are wearing them. In fact, Dr. Black tested this by starting a case on himself and it took his wife over a full day to realize he was wearing them!
Isn't it painful?
Invisalign has been shown to be more comfortable than braces.1 Most patients have little to no discomfort when using Invisalign as directed.
Okay, but this must take longer, right?
In our experience, what would take two years with bracket and wire orthodontics takes just 9 months with Invisalign treatment - more than twice as fast. The exact length of treatment is determined by the total amount and types of movement needed.
Will is really straighten my teeth?
Today there is practically nothing that traditional braces can do that Invisalign treatment can't. And there are several tooth movements that Invisalign can do better than traditional braces. Plus, Invisalign cases finish faster on average than traditional braces.2
